Goal of the exercise
- Recognise the values that unconsciously guide your actions and give your life meaning.
- Understand how your values have shaped past decisions.
- Notice how values shift between life phases and which may grow in importance.
- Reflect on where you live each value — and where you want to live it in the future.
- Consider how to realise values you have not yet lived out.
Guiding questions
- What is important to you in life — what could you never give up? What gives your life meaning?
- Which goals do you still want to reach in the short, medium and long term?
- Are there values that are held high in your family? Have you adopted them or replaced them with your own?
Your values
Add 5–10 values. Rate importance from 1 (least) to 10 (most).
| Value | Importance (1–10) | Where I (can) live this value | |||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Today | In 3–5 years | Today | In 3–5 years | ||
